The visa bulletin tracker on this site is incredibly useful. Way better than trying to parse the DOS website directly.

Great community! I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to create an account. Currently waiting for my I-140 approval.

Is there a way to get notified when new visa bulletin data is posted? That would be super useful.

Quick question — is it okay to post about H-1B to EB-3 transition topics here? Or should that go in a specific category?

First post here. Filed my I-140 in December 2025, anxiously waiting. Glad I found this place.

Welcome everyone! I got my green card through EB-3 last year and happy to help answer questions from my experience.

Good call. The inquiry tool on USCIS website is straightforward. Let us know how it goes!

Jenny that would be amazing! Could you share what service center processed yours?

Thanks for putting this together! Really helpful guidelines for newcomers. I wish I had this resource when I first started my EB-3 journey.

I hope so. My lawyer mentioned the same thing but I am not holding my breath anymore.

Priya how long did your full process take from I-140 to GC?

This is really important info. So basically you have to choose: H-1B status or parolee status.

One original plus one copy. Got it. My lawyer was probably being overly cautious.

Agreed with Sofia. The chart visualization makes it so much easier to understand the trends.
