7General DiscussionFebruary 2026 bulletin analysis — what to expect for MarchDdave_immigrationTEST342 repFeb 20, 2026 · 325 viewsBased on recent trends and current demand data, here is my analysis of what we might see in the March 2026 Visa Bulletin for EB-3...
For those tracking All Chargeability — the movement from Jun 2023 to Oct 2023 in one month is actually quite significant historically.
Based on the pattern, I expect March to advance another 2-3 months for All. China and India will likely remain stagnant unfortunately.
Can someone explain the difference between Filing Date and Final Action Date? I'm confused about which one applies to my case.
Filing Date = when you can FILE your I-485. Final Action Date = when your case can actually be APPROVED. USCIS decides each month which chart to use for I-485 filing.
I switched from EW-3 to EB-3 skilled after getting my degree. Best decision I made — the dates are much more current.
India EB-3 hasn't moved in months... this is really frustrating. My priority date is April 2014.
Hang in there Raj. I heard DOS might do a big jump for India later in FY2026.
We are working on email notifications for bulletin updates. Should be live next month!
Usually mid-March. DOS typically releases the next month's bulletin around the 8th-15th of the prior month.
Does anyone know when the April bulletin usually gets released? I want to plan around it.
Great analysis as always. This is my go-to source for bulletin updates now.
Thanks for the analysis Dave! The 4-month advancement for All Chargeability is encouraging. Do you think March will continue the trend?
That makes so much more sense now, thank you Sara!
Sara thank you so much! That explanation is crystal clear.
Happy to help! Feel free to DM if you have more questions about the process.
Same here Raj. India EB-3 is stuck at Nov 2013. At this rate we're looking at 10+ years total wait.
The Other Workers (EW-3) category is moving so slowly. Nov 2021 for All Chargeability... that's over 4 years behind.
Philippines also got a nice bump this month. 2 months forward.
