EB 3 Sponsorship

Hello everyone, I’m new to EB-3 Compass and would appreciate some guidance from experienced members. I’m an international student currently living in Italy, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Science and Technology at the University of Genoa (UniGe). My chosen track is Electro-Technical Officer (ETO), and I’m interested in building a career in electrical, marine, or related engineering fields. My long-term goal is to obtain U.S. permanent residency through the EB-3 program. I’m currently trying to understand how the process works for international students living outside the United States. I would appreciate advice on a few questions: - Can I start looking for EB-3 sponsoring employers while I’m still completing my degree? - Are there employers recruiting overseas applicants for permanent positions in electrical, marine, or related technical fields? - Would my degree and ETO background be relevant to EB-3 skilled-worker or professional positions? - What is the best way to identify employers with a genuine history of sponsoring EB-3 cases using EB-3 Compass? - Would relevant work experience after graduation improve my opportunities? I’m at the beginning of my research and would be grateful for any practical advice, recommendations, or experiences from people who have gone through this process. Thank you for your time and help!
