November 2026 Visa Bulletin Good News: EB-3 Advances 5 Months, Family Categories Move Forward
The November 2026 Visa Bulletin brings forward movement across multiple categories. EB-3 Other Workers advances five months, while F1, F2B, F3, and F4 family categories advance approximately one year. USCIS confirms Dates for Filing chart is available for all preference categories.
The U.S. Department of State has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin, bringing notable forward movement in several employment-based and family-sponsored immigrant visa categories. USCIS has also confirmed that adjustment of status applicants across all family-sponsored and employment-based preference categories may use the Dates for Filing chart in November, providing earlier filing opportunities for eligible applicants.
For EB-3 Skilled Workers and Professionals, the Final Action Date for All Chargeability Areas (except those listed) and Mexico advances one month, moving from May 15, 2024, to June 15, 2024. China advances modestly from Jan. 8, 2022, to Jan. 22, 2022, and India moves from Jan. 1, 2014, to Jan. 22, 2014. The Philippines remains unchanged at Aug. 15, 2023.
The most significant employment-based movement this month is in EB-3 Other Workers. For All Chargeability Areas (except those listed) and Mexico, the Final Action Date jumps five months — from Jan. 1, 2022, to June 1, 2022. The Dates for Filing for this subcategory also advances one month to July 1, 2022. India moves in lockstep with EB-3 Skilled Workers, while China remains at Oct. 1, 2019, and the Philippines at Jan. 1, 2022.
In the EB-2 category, All Chargeability Areas (except those listed), Mexico, and the Philippines advance three months, from Jan. 1, 2025, to April 1, 2025. EB-1 China moves forward one month. EB-4 and EB-5 Final Action Dates remain unchanged, though EB-5 rural, high-unemployment, and infrastructure set-aside categories continue to remain current for all countries.
On the family-sponsored side, the F1, F2B, F3, and F4 categories advance by approximately one year for most chargeability areas, offering meaningful relief for many family-based petitioners. F2A advances one month for most countries and continues to remain current under the Dates for Filing chart. Applicants are advised to verify their priority dates against both the Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing charts using the official USCIS Adjustment of Status Filing Charts to determine their November 2026 filing eligibility.
