A free USCIS processing times tracker available at gcpathways.com/processing-times has been significantly expanded following community feedback. The updated tool now covers 12 form types including I-485, I-140, I-765, I-131, I-130, and I-129, among others, giving applicants a comprehensive view of current agency processing speeds across the immigration system. For EB-3 applicants specifically, the tool now breaks down I-140 processing times by individual preference category, listing EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, and EB-3 separately rather than combining them. This level of granularity allows employment-based petitioners to see processing times relevant to their specific category rather than relying on aggregate figures that may not reflect their situation. The tracker covers 91 USCIS field offices nationwide and includes historical trend data, enabling applicants to determine whether processing times at their relevant office or for their form type are improving or worsening over time. The I-765 EAD category is also broken out by subtype, covering H-4, L-2, F-1 OPT, pending I-485, and other derivative categories. One notable change on the USCIS side is the consolidation of Nebraska, Texas, California, and Vermont service centers into a single 'Service Center Operations' entity. As a result, service center-level comparisons are no longer possible, as USCIS has stopped reporting that breakdown. Field office comparisons remain fully functional. The tool requires no account creation, email submission, or login to access any feature.
