EB-3 Tháng 11/2026 Tăng 5 Tháng: Final Action Dates Advance, Filing Dates Hold
The November 2026 Visa Bulletin brings positive movement for EB-3 applicants as Final Action Dates advance, while Filing Dates remain unchanged. This update affects priority date cutoffs for employment-based green card applicants worldwide.
The U.S. Department of State has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin, delivering encouraging news for EB-3 employment-based immigrants. Final Action Dates—the cutoff dates that determine when an applicant can complete their green card process—have moved forward, indicating continued processing capacity at USCIS and U.S. consulates abroad.
Despite the progress in Final Action Dates, the Dates for Filing column remained static for November 2026. Filing Dates, which allow applicants to submit adjustment of status applications ahead of their priority date becoming current under Final Action Dates, were not advanced by the State Department this month. USCIS will separately announce whether it will accept early filings based on these dates.
For EB-3 skilled workers, professionals, and unskilled (Other Workers) categories, the advancement in Final Action Dates means applicants with earlier priority dates may now be eligible to complete their immigrant visa interview or receive their green card approval. Applicants should verify their specific country of chargeability and priority date against the updated chart.
Immigration practitioners advise applicants to monitor both the Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing columns each month, as fluctuations can occur. Those nearing their priority date cutoff should coordinate closely with their attorneys to ensure all required documentation is current and ready for submission when their date becomes actionable.
